By accessing or using Hostgrid services (the “Service”), including our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any additional terms and policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our Service.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

3. Description of Service

Hostgrid provides a service that allows users to connect custom domains to their apps, websites, or SaaS products. Our Service handles DNS verification, SSL certificate issuance and renewal, and domain activation after verification. Our Service is accessible through a self-serve UI for individuals and no-code builders, as well as through an API for SaaS owners and advanced users.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of our Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

5. Service Use

You agree to use our Service in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and not to engage in any activities that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the Service, or interfere with other users’ ability to access or use the Service.

You may not use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Upload or transmit any harmful or unlawful content, including viruses, malware, or other malicious software

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

6. Payment and Billing

For certain features of the Service, you may be required to pay fees. By subscribing to our paid plans, you agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with the pricing terms provided on the website.

  • For Individuals: Payment is required for the “Builder,” “Agency,” or any other paid plans. Payment will be processed via the payment method you provide during registration.
  • For SaaS & Developers (API users): The pricing structure for API access is usage-based. Additional fees may apply based on the number of domains and services used.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but will provide notice before any such changes take effect.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on our website or as part of the Service are owned by or licensed to Hostgrid. You may not use, copy, modify, distribute, or display any of this intellectual property without our prior written consent, except as expressly allowed by these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the Service, and any outstanding payments or fees owed will become immediately due.

Our Service is provided “as is,” and we make no warranties or representations regarding the quality, accuracy, or availability of the Service. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the Service.

We expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hostgrid and its affiliates, partners, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us for the use of the Service in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hostgrid, its affiliates, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Any content you upload, transmit, or distribute through the Service

13. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in New Delhi, India.

14. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Hostgrid regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
  • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of those rights.
  • Assignment: We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
